FAQs regarding Logging in
AISIN group employees other than the above and family members (using a common login ID/password)
1)I have forgotten my login ID/password.
→If an AISIN employee has forgotten his/her login ID/password
2)I don’t know how to register for act.
You can log in with the common login ID and password. You do not need to register.
The common login ID and password are notified separately. If you do not know them, please contact us through the Inquiry Form.
3)A message is displayed saying “Your login ID/password is incorrect.”
The login ID or password you entered may be incorrect. Please refer to the following and reenter your login ID/password.
・Type in single-byte alphanumeric characters.
Check whether there are any mistakes in entering uppercase and lowercase letters, or double-byte and single-byte characters. Also check whether the keyboard’s Numlock or CapsLock key is ON.
・To prevent entry errors, type your login ID or password in Notepad, etc. and make sure that you type it correctly. Then, copy and paste it into the corresponding field.
